ベネズエラが2400億ドルの債務公表へ 世界最大の債務再編に
- ベネズエラは債務総額を2400億ドル（約38兆4000億円）として公表する準備を進めている。市場想定の1500億〜2000億ドルを上回る規模だ。
- 同国は2017年から債務不履行に陥り、国債と国営石油会社PDVSAのデフォルト債だけで約600億ドルが残っている。
- 債務整理は市場復帰や石油投資再開の前提だが、債権者が多岐にわたるため交渉の長期化が予想される。

AlphabetがDow平均に採用 Verizonと入れ替え
- S&P Dow Jones Indicesは、6月29日の取引開始前にAlphabetクラスA株をDow平均に組み入れる。

NSAがAnthropicのAIアクセス喪失 米政府の利用停止命令で
- 米NSAはAnthropicの高性能AIモデル「Mythos」へのアクセスを失い、サイバー防御検証用の分析ツールが停止した。
